Lab-grade testing, built around real athletes.
Threshold Performance Lab is an endurance physiology testing service based in Perth, Western Australia. We measure what matters — and translate it into training you can act on tomorrow.
Most endurance athletes train on heart-rate zones inherited from a generic chart, or power numbers copied from a friend's plan. The result is workouts that look right on paper but never quite hit the system you're trying to train.
We exist to fix that. Threshold Performance Lab uses gold-standard lactate testing and INSCYD physiological modelling to give you the same quality of data that pro teams build their seasons around — delivered in plain language, with clear next steps.
We test runners, Hyrox athletes, cyclists and triathletes. Some are chasing a PB, some are chasing a podium, and some just want their training to finally make sense. Whichever you are, you'll leave with the numbers — and the plan to use them.
